About Us
Casa-Global is physically located in Memphis, Tennessee, where it intends to primarily serve local, regional, and national communities through its programs and services.
Casa-Global is focused on eradicating social determinants of health and continued community development. From childhood, founder, Sade Smith saw the need to transform her immediate community. Growing up in an African-American household and community taught Sade resilience and courage. These lessons have instilled positive values which are an integral part of Casa-Global. This is why each day Casa-Global is determined to create a more resourceful and accommodating world, where everyone has the opportunity to live a productive life. As a non-profit organization, Casa-Global is informed about the challenges youth and young adults from underserved and minorities backgrounds face. Thus, Casa-Global seeks to be a beacon of hope for all in need.
The Need For CASA
Adverse experiences are potentially traumatic events that occur in a person's life. Toxic stress from adverse experiences can change mental development and affect how the body responds to stress. Adverse experiences are linked to chronic health problems, mental illness, and substance misuse in adulthood, amongst other things. However, adverse experiences can be prevented, and in cases that it was not prevented, effective therapy, support, and resources can make a significant difference in the individual's future outcomes.
When people are equipped with the tools and resources to help them overcome and evolve beyond adverse experiences, overall life outcomes are better for the individual and those around them, molding a
solid foundation that can penetrate generations to come.

Our Programs
Casa-Global’s major service is providing youth and young adults in need with resources and
support. Casa-Global’s mission-focused programs, supported by research and current data, include engaging, results-oriented, fun, interactive, and age-appropriate activities and support tailored to personal development and long-term self-sufficiency.

Underserved and marginalized people are more susceptible to long-lasting challenges.
With only a little extra support and a few resources, people from disadvantaged communities can overcome adverse events, become more self-sufficient, and live out their dreams and desires, becoming positive contributors to society, ultimately benefiting the individual and the community.
